Why Pelvic Wellth exists

Because the pelvic floor doesn't only matter when there's a baby involved.

Most pelvic health care follows one storyline: pregnancy, postpartum, leaking when you sneeze. Important? Absolutely. The whole story? Not even close.

If you're a sex worker, a trans woman, someone who's had an abortion, or someone rebuilding after sexual assault, you've probably noticed the health care system wasn't exactly designed with you in mind. Maybe you got the awkward pause, or judgment dressed up as concern, or "hmm, I'm not sure that applies to you." Or you never found anyone who had actually studied what your body has been through.

I have. That's the whole point.

What I believe

Honest anatomy, no side of judgment. Your body is muscles, joints, nerves, and a very hardworking diaphragm. It doesn't have opinions about how you live your life, and neither do I.

Your pelvic floor has a roommate. It works as a team with your diaphragm, ribs, and thoracic spine. Most people only work on the pelvic floor, which is like cleaning half the apartment and wondering why it still smells weird.

I solve problems, I don't sell packages. If you don't need me, I'll tell you. If something is outside my lane, I'll point you to the person who's in it.

Respect isn't a bonus feature. It's the baseline. Access to knowledgeable, judgment-free care shouldn't depend on who you are or what you do.

Who you're becoming

If you're transitioning, you're building a body that finally matches who you've always been. Your core and pelvic floor get to come along for that ride: strong, functional, and fully yours.

If you're healing from sexual assault, you're reclaiming a body someone tried to take from you. Not just getting back to "before," but building something stronger than before.

If you've had an abortion, you made a hard decision and you're allowed to move on. Your body gets to move on too, without carrying that moment around as tension, pain, or shame.

If you're a sex worker, you work in an industry that couldn't survive without you, and would take pieces of you if you let it. Your body is your livelihood. It deserves a plan built by someone who actually gets it.

In every case, the goal is the same: a body and a mindset strong enough to outgrow a world that keeps trying to make you smaller.

I'm just here to help with the heavy lifting and provide the trauma informed care that you deserve.
